Sierra Madre 45K Ultramarathon 2014

The inaugural gun start of the 1^st Sierra Madre Ultramarathon 2014 was held at Cherry Foodarama on the 25^th October 2014 around 5:10Am in the morning. Only fifteen (15) runners arrived in the start lane, two (2) females and thirteen (13) males shared the road to the finish line. The lone international (Malaysian) runner in the person of Mr Lai Fong Sang participated the race. The race director briefed the runners followed by a prayer before the gun starts. He emphasized the integrity of every runners, it was an integrity run, no cash prizes for the top finishers. He encouraged all runners to finish the race with integrity or else declare themselves (Did Not Finished) DNF than to cheat.

The route was supervised by race marshals utilizing four (4) motorcycles and one (1) car in order to secure the safety of every runner. The ultimate goal of the race director was to saw all runners in the finish line dashing and kicking.

Central Luzon 51.50Kms Ultramarathon 2014

The Central Luzon 51.50Km Ultra marathon 2014 (CLUM51.50K) is a 51.50 kilometers running event start immediately at LaPaz Exit SCTEX along Tarlac- Sta Rosa- Fort Magsaysay- Dingalan Rd and finish at Overlooking Fort Magsaysay/ Tanawan Palayan City. Registration is online only and be closed on 11 October 2014 for the event coordinator will have an ample time to prepare for all the needed requirements. Race Bib will also distribute in the start line, all participants may use their comfortable running gears during the race. Gun start is 5am/ 0500H on 08 November 2014, come on time because we will start on time. Cut off is 3pm/ 1500H (10hrs). Motor bikers will serve as race marshals along the route.

The race is a solo running  but the race director is allowing every participant to have their pacer/ running buddy. The runner is responsible of all the logistics of their team such as but not limited to hydration, snacks, and meals from start to finish. Only the registered runner can claim the finisher’s kit like medal, shirts, patch, and post race snack at the finish line.

Registration is online only and be closed on 11 October 2014 for the event coordinator will have an ample time to prepare for all the needed requirements. Race Bib will also distribute in the start line, all participants may use their comfortable running gears during the race.
